The following is an overview of our 5 Step admissions process.

STEP 1 – Contact us 24 hours per day 7 days per week: 888-417-9211.

The moment you speak to one of our friendly representatives on the phone you will experience The River Source treatment program. We know that a one-size-fits-all drug and alcohol treatment program does not exist. At the River Source, our experienced therapist create a customized treatment plan for you using traditional medicine and holistic treatments to nurture your mind body and spirit. However, we believe the effectiveness of your recovery program is in large part due to the manner in which we provide your treatment. First and foremost you will see, hear, and feel how our competent therapist always treat you with respect, compassion, and professionalism.

STEP 2 – Conduct a pre-admission assessment.

While on the phone with one of our friendly representatives we will conduct a pre – admission assessment. The assessment is done to make sure that your needs will be met at the River Source. We will ask you a few questions about your needs, the appropriate level of medial care to provide you, payment options, and we will share some information with you about our rehab locations.

STEP 3 – Arrange your admission and travel plans.

During this step we will determine how you will be arriving to the River Source, if you are flying in from out of state we will just need to know what day and what time you can come, then we will arrange the flight for you, pay for your flight, and make sure you have a ride to the facility from the airport. Are you local? Do you have a family member or friend bringing you in or do you need us to send a driver to pick you up?

STEP 4 – Finalize your admission paperwork.

Congratulations, in this step you have made it the River Source. One of our friendly staff members will help you with you luggage and then finalize the admission paperwork with your. Then you will be given a tour of the facility, and greet the Physicians, counselors, therapist, and your peers. Lastly you participate in your initial physical assessment with the Physician.

STEP 5 – Time to relax.

The intake process can take up to an hour to complete. You will most likely be desiring sometime to relax and get comfortable in your living quarters. And that is what step 5 is all about.

A common question asked during the admission process is “Do you have financial assistance?”. The answer is yes. There are 2 options for financial assistance:

Option #1 is through MedChoice Financial: Apply for a MedChoice card today! You will receive a decision in minutes, and can begin using today! No pre-payment penalty. MedChoice will request the River Source provider #17348 Criteria for approval with MedChoice is: Credit score of 625 or higher; No 30 day lates in the last 18 months; No bankruptcy in the last 10 years. You may use a co-signer to help you acquire the funds. Note: a 8.9% charge will be applied to the River Source fees. Monthly payments are available to MedChoice. Option #2 is available through a low interest loan starting at 7% to 14%. You will need to contact Clark Financing at 1-888-755-3079:

What is available through Clark Financing? Personal loans that do not require collateral (home or other assets) to secure the loan. Some items that are required are: No bankruptcies in the last 10 years, nothing currently in collections. A list of other details and benefits can be found at www.ClarkBHF.com.

Is it hard to qualify? No. Borrowers need to have decent credit scores, verifiable income and room in their budget for a loan payment. A score of 680 and above will be considered with credit histories that demonstrate responsible borrowing. Clark Financing provides a free credit report and consultation.

How much can be borrowed? $1000-$50,000+ depending on eligibility. Loan packages are available to increase the total amount borrowed. Clark Financing loan specialists personally consult families before loan applications are submitted to insure affordability and approval.

What types of programs and consultants does Clark Financing work with? Traditional Boarding Schools, Therapeutic Boarding Schools, Residential Treatment Centers, Military Schools, Special Needs Schools, Wilderness Schools and Programs, Youth and Adult Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers, Eating Disorder Clinics, Educational and Psychological Testing Clinics, Interventionist, Transportation Companies, Educational Consultants, Aftercare Services and any other related service that is needed to support the student or patient.

Does our company need to sign up or provide information in order for clients to receive financing? There is no sign up required. We do ask that affiliates, who intend to refer, provide us with their contact and pricing information.
