FAQ

What is your treatment success rate?

We had a 75% Success Rate in 2012
Success rates are figured in many ways. At The River Source, our success rate tends to be higher than average due to our focus on healing the whole person rather than just the stopping of the substance abuse. We guide our clients through the holistic 12-step approach and help them create an Aftercare plan designed to make their recovery the # 1 priority. We maintain contact with our clients for up to a year following graduation and offer suggestions where needed. A very large percentage of our clients maintain their sobriety as long as they continue to work a program of recovery. As with any treatment program, there are those who are not ‘ready’ to change. In these situations, provided our clients have graduated from our program, there are discounted rates to return to The River Source and the 90 day guarantee comes with a 30 day follow up at absolutely no charge.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. If you commit to 90 Days of residential treatment at The River Source Facility and relapse for any reason during the first 12 months after leaving our facility, you can return for 30 days of free treatment! If a relapse occurs you can simply notify us that you are returning, and we will prepare to receive you and treat you immediately. (However, the guarantee does not cover transportation costs).

What is the admission process?

Contact us 24 hours per day 7 days per week: 1 877-983-9274. First we will conduct a pre-admission assessment. If you need us to assist with your travel arrangements we will. Upon your arrival, we finalize your admission paperwork, give you a tour of the facility, and begin your physical assessments.

What does holistic mean?

Holistic treatment is achieved by implementing wellness practices that support overall health; physical, mental and spiritual health. Nutrition, exercise, meditation, massage, and acupuncture are examples of holistic wellness practices that can be implemented to promote overall wellness.

What does Naturopathic mean?

Naturopathy is based on the idea that the body has a natural healing ability and that people are naturally healthy. The foundational elements of natural health are: diet, nutrition, homeopathy, physical manipulation, stress management and exercise. Naturopathic medicine focuses on preventative care and encourages the strengthening of the three major systems, mind, body, and spirit, to promote total body wellness.
